The staff was helpful and welcoming. The room was clean. It was about a twenty minute walk to clifton hills or the falls. There is parking on site and I did feel my vehicle was safe. There weren't washcloths, an iron or hair dryer, so be mindful of that if you plan to stay here. Esthetically the room wasn't the best. Also, I could hear the visitors above me. These things weren't a huge deterant for me, but I want to give a review in case they are huge for someone else. Overall, it was a decent stay and I would come back. The price was decent in comparison to others in the area.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good.

At first glance, the rooms appeared clean, but a closer inspection revealed stains on both the sheets and towels. I had to call the front desk to request additional towels because only one towel was provided in one room and two in the other, despite booking two rooms for a total of eight guests. No toiletries were provided, so we had to purchase our own. Internet connection is very poor, keeps on buffering. The key card in the room was not working, needs to come back to the office which is a bit of a walk. The so-called continental breakfast was extremely disappointing. The food presentation and handling did not seem hygienic, with tea bags left uncovered in an open cup. Breakfast options were very limited, consisting only of toast, yogurt, and coffee. To make matters worse, the staff were unwelcoming and unfriendly throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel is significantly overpriced for the level of service and amenities offered. I would not recommend staying here, as the experience did not justify the cost.

Perfect location. 2 minute walk to Tim Hortons and 5 min away from the casino

I never had such a bad experience, we reached 2 hours later than our check in time still the room wasn't ready, last minute they had to change our room, the guy at the reception was so bot interested in being there. I had ask for toilet paper and he handed me those at the reception. Washroom was dirty and toilet seat was broken. The open pool was in no condition to use. They were not at all busy and still charged me for parking. Horrible experience and zero customer service. Very disappointed

I liked the cleanliness of the sheets and he ample parking. I absolutely did not like the condition of the room- specifically the lack of body wash and hairdryer; in short, it was very dismal

Very clean room. Breakfast was very good. Around 10-15 walk from falls
