Great location, great rooms, comfortable stay. Stayed in the privilege room with balcony which was quite spacious. Note that hotels in the Florence city centre cannot turn AC on outside of the summer months, so you are out of luck if it’s hot outside of those months. We visited in early april where it was 26c and the rooms were 25c but could not cool down.

Hotels in a great location for visiting the historic areas of Florence. It’s very close to the train station which makes it an easy choice. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean though a little small for my usual taste. We did not try breakfast.

This hotel was perfect for us - close to but not in the middle of busy central Florence. Super easy walk to the Duomo and all the other central sites. If traveling by train, this is a great location. If traveling by car (which we were) parking is tricky, but the hotel recommends a public parking lot within a 12 minute walk, which we found to be very simple and convenient. Check-in and check-out staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable. We would definitely return to this hotel for any future visits to Florence.
