Under genomsnittet Do not stay in this hotel! Very rude staff! The room was atrocious, dusty, noisy, the beds had springs sticking out, the shower did not work, the tv did not work. The staff couldn’t care less!
We were not acknowledged when checking out, the man stayed on the phone and didn’t look up.
I have been in contact with Hotels.com and they are going to challenge this hotel’s policy,

Bra This is what you pay for. Budget. Don't expect the rooms to be amazing. They're very small just fit the bed. No air con and bathroom is all in one (a little bit like a cozy cruise cabin).
It did the job for us as a cheap stay where we alresdy had things planned. But it wouldn't be somewhere I'd stay again or recommend. Pictures online are a little deceiving.

Under genomsnittet Positive - good central location. Negatives - room not suitable due to heat, no sound barrier from street or from other rooms, staff do not clean rooms, not always at the main door to let you back in

Under genomsnittet It was disgusting all round....we had to leave and book a premier Inn I got bitten by a flea unlockable windows at streat level disgusting filthy neds that smelt like urine and no deadlock on the door. Awful

Hotel was very nice, staff were helpful and friendly. Be aware depending on what room you book it may not come with en-suite toilet or shower however the communal showers were good and if the weather is Hot the shower gets very cold. Would stay here again. No air con in the rooms but was provided and fan to keep the room cool

When booking I didn't realise that the fine print said that standard rooms don't include a bathroom - there is a shared bathroom on the first floor. We ended up upgrading to a room with a bathroom but there was an extra cost. The room was sparse but fine, there was a fan which we were greatful for. The drain in the shower smelled, and the carpet was dirty.
The location is excellent with a 5 min walk from a big tube station.

No luggage storage, no air con (common in London), no lift, so if you have large luggage you have to carry all the way up narrow stairs.
