Great hotel and amazing location! No AC in the rooms, but it was still a great hotel and I would definitely stay there again

Check in took a really long time, around 30 minutes. I would suggest they have a separate queue for visitors from the UK as the checking passports for overseas visitors seemed to take ages. Room was ok although no A/C or fan so very warm. Our shower only had very hot water although that was fixed quickly by maintenance once I reported it. It is convenient location.

Very convenient to the train station! Lots of dining options around. No air conditioning but they did provide a fan.

A surprise to us is this hotel does not have air conditioning and also did not provide any fan. So during the hotter days of our stay in London, it was not very pleasant to stay inside the room.

I requested a quiet room and was put on the first floor at the front of the property so it was very noisy from the traffic. We had to sleep with the window open because there was no air conditioning in the room and it was a hot weekend. Good location but probably wouldn’t stay there again because of the noise and no air conditioning.

Based on the pictures you couldn’t tell this is a massive hotel with hundreds of room per floors. The hallways vibe « The Shining ». The staff is rude, long waiting lines at the desk and elevators. No A/C in the room and no ventilation. I rented a « familiy room » which was in fact a 2 person room with 4 twin beds with barely any space to move around making this a security risk. I understand London is expensive but this wasn’t cheap either for this.

Staff were great, rooms were Small but very clean. Overall I would recommend the hotel to anyone but not to stay during the hot heatwave as no air con and very very hot rooms. Great location for hotel

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were all lovely, very helpful and quick to help too. If you stay when the weather is warm, ask for a fan at check in (don’t wait too you get to your room) - our room had no aircon or fan so was absolutely roasting. Don’t think most other rooms had either. The staff brought a fan to us when we called reception from the room. We didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food etc.
