We’ve stayed at the Westin Excelsior every time that we traveled to Florence. It’s a fabulous hotel that is only surpassed by the quality of is amazing staff. Will definitely stay there again!

Nice hotel in the heart of Firenze , friendly staff, comfortable rooms (although a bit small). The only caveat is there’s no coffee machines in the room which should be a standard in all hotels nowadays.

Beautiful hotel on a lovely piazza and facing the Arno. Quiet outside of the busiest tourist area . But still walkable to all that you would want to see in Florence. Great roof top bar and restaurant. Service very useful and friendly.
