I had a wonderful stay at Tokyu Stay Ginza. The room was comfortable, but what really stood out were the little luxuries—the shower head, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all from Refa. It made getting ready each morning feel like a spa experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and communicated clearly in English, which I really appreciated. The highlight, though, was the free Air Luggage transport from Haneda Airport. Our bags were delivered straight to the hotel, which meant we could start exploring Tokyo immediately after landing without dragging heavy luggage around. Such a stress-free way to begin the trip. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone who values convenience and quality details.

Great place to stay in Ginza. Close to metro station and shopping. The in room washer and dryer took a long time to finish a load and fully dry but it was convenient to have.

close to subway stations, laundry in the rooms are extremely convenient, room is a bit small but manageable! location is prime so it’s worth it!

Quiet and convenient with a comfy bed and washer/dryer in room, but carpet in halls and in rooms was very dirty and stained. Slippers got heavy use!

Super convenient spot, in the middle of Ginza and right next to a train station. Had all the amenities and next to several konbinis. I would definitely come back
