Prefect hotel location in downtown Toronto. Eaton mall is right by the hotel and many food options. The hotel was very clean with all a traveler's needs. Staff was very welcoming and attentative. The only downside during our stay was that the cleaning lady refused to give us clean towels and water bottles.

Front desk staff were very personable and professional. Nice touch to get warmed baked cookies upon arrival too. The restaurant and bar staff equally personable.

Very nice hotel and handy to get around Toronto. My only quibble is the internet sign-in. I don’t enjoy having to fill out information to get wifi.

Super location and genuinely fab staff. So much choice to stay in toronto but we would choose this one again. 15 floor housekeeping team deserve special mention as they were great - friendly and efficient.
