Excellent service from the staff. We were greeted at the lobby and assisted with our luggage as we checked in. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and security is taken seriously, with a high number of staff on the ground floor and cameras on site. Rooms were cleaned daily, and towels and bed covers were regularly replaced. The site is conveniently located (walking distance to the Bund, Yuyuan Garden, and East Nanjing Road). The amenities in the hotel are equally comprehensive, although slightly on the more expensive side. Overall, excellent experience.
