Lovely hotel and great pool. Service re drinks by the pool was very slow unfortunately but the bar in the lobby was great

Relaxing stay in Kamloops! Had a lovely room, enjoyed the pool area and the bartender served excellent cocktails! Even went out of his was to get alcohol that wasn’t at the pool bar so we could enjoy the beverage that we wanted!!! Breakfast was delicious but the kitchen seemed very slow. I would definitely consider returning to to stay in the future!

Not a satisfy customer here. Management unreachable, no return communication after a few follow up communication attempts per Expedia booking agency. Requested to waive cancellation penalty due to natural cause (wildfire travel advisory around the booked date). Room was charged, no response, no update, no feedback on this request.

Stayed two nights and they never cleaned our room, even after i called around 4pm saying we ran out of towels and toilet paper and trash overflowing. They asked if my do not disturb sign was out, as if it’s my fault. Sign was never put on for the whole day.
