Fantastic stay from check-in to checkout. Very helpful friendly staff, good food at the restaurant, pool was great, plenty of places to watch the world cup, connected to the underground PATH which was helpful on a rainy day, loved our deluxe king room with a view of the CN tower... would stay again. The coffee was horrible though, go elsewhere for your fix

The outdoor pool is a great Idea, however I spent almost $600 for the night on June 30th and had to fight to use the pool chairs and umbrellas as they were renting them out to non staying guest for a few hundred dollars Ridiculous that they want to look after outsiders as opposed to their supporters

Plus de chaises à la piscine serait bien et le service de bar sur place serait supérieur. Voir des chaises réservé non utilisées est frustrant quand nous payons près de $500 la nuit. Merci

As always - it's the staff who make the difference. Everyone we met went out of there way to help make our stay better, the receptionist who simply said "It's done" to my request for a late checkout, the waitress who made our lives so simple, when we wanted to put our children and grand children on our breakfast plan, the Bell Captain who was so helpful, in short, every single person involved in our account went above and beyond. Well Done Everyone!!

For $600/nt I had hoped for more. Although a room change due to an odour of cigarette smoke initially alleviated the problem, after a few hours of ac use the smell returned in a new room on a higher floor. My parents stayed in a higher room (31st floor) and they experienced no problematic odours. Staff were amazing. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was average. Location is unbeatable.
