We had a wonderful stay in Florence for our daughter’s 10th birthday. The staff made her day very special by leaving balloons and chocolates for her, which was such a thoughtful surprise. The breakfast buffet was also very good. We truly appreciated their kindness and hospitality!

Totally clean hotel. Great location. Air conditioning did not work. Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were flat and nearly nonexistent. Kids beds were uncomfortable. At over $700 a night, very poor value. The heatwave and lack of A/C made the nights terrible. Our trip consisted of Rome, Florence, and Venice. Both Rome and Venice hotels were far superior. Would not recommend.

We loved our stay at Ponte Vecchio Suites and Spa. The staff was wonderful and our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. The hotel location is very convenient to walking everywhere. We will stay there again on our next visit to Florence and recommend that our friends do as well.

What a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making us feel at home. We truly enjoyed our time here and appreciated the great service, comfortable rooms, and amazing atmosphere. Thank you for making our trip even more special!

What can I say! From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were royalty! What a beautiful hotel! Everything about it was fabulous! Our room had 2 separate spaces which made it so comfortable! They have a heated towel rack so we could do some laundry and the tub had amazing jets for our baths too! Comfortable bed, friendly conversation and helpful tips from the staff and always with a smile! This hotel is close to everything. Free breakfast each morning and a wonderful happy hour each evening. The hotel is clean and spotless! We would absolutely stay here again when in Florence. The bar and coffee area in the room had a separate sink and was easy to make coffee each morning. Plenty of space in the bedroom area to put your suitcases and clothes away. We can't say enough good things about this hotel. If you are in Florence, THIS is a fabulous choice!

A very small boutique hotel with a slow pneumatic lift system. Mostly have to walk down steps Breakfast area IS TINY (extremely!!) and spread is quite basic n plain Location overrated although near the Ponte Vecchio tourist area. As there are other good hotels nearby Would rate hotel only 4 stars at best

Fabulous! If I could give them ten stars I would. Our room was beautiful and immaculate; so comfortable I wanted to move in and live there. Breakfast was amazing; a feast for the eyes as well as the palatte. What really stood out was the staff. Every person from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly, kind, and helpful in every way. I want to say we were treated like royalty, but it's more accurate to say we were treated like family. If I ever make it to Florence again I will definitely stay at this lovely hotel. Oh, I forgot to mention the hotel is just a few steps from the Pitti Palace and the Uffizi, as well as numerous other attractions.
