The location is good , 10 minutes walking to Florence dumo and cathedral , very old building , the room was very strange with steps inside it to get in and steps to bathroom, smell was very bad in the room , AC was strange with very high sound and fixed in the middle of the room with hose with big gallon for water drainage beside it in the room which makes room very strange, the staff were good and cooperative.

It was closed to train station and walking places. I gave to lower number I missed my Tran station came later than 10 pm but it was charged extra euro. Overall was good

Great location. Walking distance to Santa Maria de la Fiore, less than 15 minutes. More of a boutique hotel. No coffee. No iron/iron board. Practical, functional and convenient.

The room I had was cute with a balcony and high ceilings. There was a fan and a AC. The location is great- within 10 mins walk from the Duomo, Uffizi and Accademia. Lots of restaurants nearby to eat. Tram station is 5 mins walk.
Front staff was very helpful.
It is a bit hard to find if you follow the directions from the map in Expedia but easy to figure out with the street number.

Beautiful painted ceiling. However the hotel was advertised as 4* but was definitely not! Once we got used to that, and once the wifi began to work after the first day, we enjoyed our stay.

Check in terrible. No one answered phone or door bell finally another guest let me in. Three floors in an ancient building with an elevator not working
