The rooms are very outdated especially the bathrooms. The bathrooms had pink tiles and smelled like mold. It is not what we expected, the strong was so strong we had to keep the door closed. We requested to change room the next day, staff wasn’t too helpful. It looks much better in pictures, not what we expected.

Fantastiskt
Large hotel next to a mall. Very convenient location near train station. Attractions are within walking distance Al an easy ride on the train. Rooms are spacious and good sized bed for a Japan hotel!. We would come back and stay here again!

We stayed at the tatami room with sea view. Staffs were polite. Room was spacious but I hated the tatami mats in the bedroom, it was old and tiny bits of the tatami was everywhere in the room that it got on our clothes and bed. I've stayed in many ryokans around Japan with tatami mats and not once did I experience one that was so poorly maintained. Toilet was old, a little too dark and cold during showering, amenities can be improved. The room was dusty too. Breakfast was moderate but repetitive. Will I stay here again? Probably not.
