I've stayed here more than once and I've always found it to be a great place to stay in central London. There's not a gym (you can download an app and pay £10 a day to use it) and staff are present and helpful. Rooms are easy and what you'd expect for the price. No kettle, iron or hairdryer in the room, so as long as you are prepared for that, you'll enjoy your stay.

The location is excellent, and both check-in and check-out are very easy. The room is adequate if you only need a place to sleep. However, there is no window in the room. More importantly, check-in is only available from 2:30 PM, while check-out is required by 10:00 AM. Any stay outside of these times comes with additional charges. I travel frequently, and this is the first time I have ever been charged for luggage storage. They charge £15 per bag. Despite the great location, I don't think I would stay here again. I booked without reading the reviews first—make sure you know what to expect before you book.

Loved the modern finishing and the beautiful common areas. Would be nice to have a small desk and chair in the room and a shelf.

Very central, reasonable price for area. I do not enjoy the pod experience, but if that doesn't bother you, there is no other hotel in that price range that will be as central to everything. Easy check in/out process.

We stayed as a family of 4 . The location was excellent and it was perfect to have somewhere to rest and put your head down but there is no privacy in the room so if you are sharing please bear this in mind .
