Great location on Via Maqueda near historical sites and places to eat. Lovely, clean and comfortable room with safe, fridge, kettle and a fantastic shower. Excellent breakfast, Lory was friendly and super helpful in understanding my allergy requirements which made a big difference in feeling comfortable to eat. I'd recommend both Spera and Lory for making my stay safe and comfortable.

Clean room, very central location, good communication, no complaints. Lory greeted us both days with a friendly smile, she was lovely :) perfect for a short stay in Palermo

A very strange place, I think they’re having a bit of an identity crisis. The room is painted in dark colours, signalling a certain hipness, but the lighting is bright and harsh, except in the bathroom where it is comically dim. There is a jacuzzi tub in the loft upstairs - it took 45 minutes to fill only to find the jets did not work… The walls are extremely thin - I could perfectly hear my neighbours have what sounded like a good time. Also, although the building is very old, it creaks and cracks and makes tons of sounds as if it is settling. Very strange… No coffee maker, no wine bottle opener. The shower, however, had excellent pressure, even if small. The location is also fantastic. My stay was not bad, just not great, and definitely bizarre.

I did not see the hot tub?!?! Did not see the bar?!?!

The room was amazing! And super clean! Also would be cleaned every day new sheets on the bed and fresh towels! The breakfast is amazing make sure you don’t miss out from 8-10 and the staff is so helpful and friendly and welcoming love it will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Palermo!

Everything was perfection! Car service was available upon request & very reasonable. They took us ANYWHERE we wanted to go. Suggestions added to the Sicilian experience. Professional & very accommodating to all our needs & requests. The warmest reception & always greeted with a smile. This is definately a place to revisit.

Everything was just what we needed, location was perfect, room was lovely if anything a few draws would have been good and a full length mirror as in Palermo for my son’s wedding. Jacuzzi bath in the room wasn’t for us but I am sure others will appreciate this. Excellent breakfast. Only negative if you struggle with steps this hotel isn’t for you.

The propery is in a vibrant area alot of choice for eating out,close to the ferry port secure indoor parking 50mts away( but pricey at 25e per night),staff/ owners very helpful,all in all recomended
