The property was clean, unique, and well-maintained. It is located in an office building rather than a traditional hotel, which was an interesting experience. Once we were able to reach someone directly, the staff were prompt, helpful, and professional. The biggest challenge was the self-check-in process. We completed all required steps and paid the security deposit before arrival, but the information needed to access the building did not arrive until hours later. Communication through the booking platform was difficult because links and email addresses could not be easily shared. The check-in process is not particularly intuitive, although the video provided after paying the deposit is helpful and worth watching before arrival. Sleep was also a challenge during our stay. There were two very bright exit signs in the room, a loud fan that cycled on and off throughout the night, and an event across the street with loud music that continued until approximately 6:00 a.m. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs and a sleep mask. The futon bed was also quite uncomfortable. If someone plans to sleep on it, an additional mattress topper or foam pad would make it much more comfortable. Overall, the property was clean and the staff were helpful, but the complicated check-in process, delayed communication, noise, and sleeping arrangements affected our experience.

Great apartment in Toronto! Very clean, modern, and in a convenient location close to restaurants and transit. The host was responsive and the check-in was smooth. Highly recommend

Emplacement étrange dans une tour à bureau. Cependant, tout près du métro. Très propre et spacieux. La cuisine et ainsi que la laveuse-sécheuse sont très pratiques. Seul point négatif, la ventilation qui fait du bruit.

Excellent, clean place to stay. Lots of restaurant options nearby, close to subway and the 407. Would stay here again.

Tv did not work, it is located and an office building

Very comfortable and well-kept apartment. Clean, quiet, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy and communication was clear
