Staff always so friendly and helped us navigate tours, cars and gave food recommendations. The amenities were great, rooftop pool and bar was a winner. My room was very spacious and clean.

Nice hotel. About 30 min walk from the centre of the action or a very cheap grab ride. Staff were nice. Nothing spectacular but no complaints.

The staffs was very nice and the room was great and spacious. I’ve stayed for 1 night prior to my trip to SAPA. I will be staying for another 3 night when I get back from SAPA and Halong Bay.

Fast & friendly check in and staff helpful. Great to have a dip in the pool after a long flight. Only stayed 1 night before an arranged tour but they kindly made up a breakfast box for our early departure

The room we stayed in needed minor repairs. The room looked dated and had several cosmetic problems such as paint.

We thought the hotel value is not the best. Very friendly staff. The description was saying that the hotel was offering transfer to the airport which is not the case.
