The location of this place is terrific; just a short walk from the Mestre train station, where we took a 10-15 minute ride into Venice. The room is near excellent Chinese restaurants and is in a fascinating neighborhood, with a wide variety of immigrants. The room was clean and very comfortable, with plenty of space. We enjoyed the room's balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only difficulty for Seniors like us is that the rooms are up two steep staircases, but after we'd hauled our luggage up there, the problem became much less stressful.

Check-in could have been a little better. But the space was clean and it was very easy to get to the train station to reach Santa Lucia Station in Venice.

Clean and close by to the train station, 5 minute walk. Great location for a short visit to visit Venice. Room and bed was clean. Washroom was clean there is no stand-up shower there is a handheld shower head. Could use an update in the shower as there was a bit of mildew. Common area was nice and clean , there is a fridge, stove and kettle. Overall the place was fine if you just need a place to sleep.

Its not a hotel,it’s an apartment with four bedrooms and reception that never has anyone to help you.

Our stay was very good. The owner was very kind and willing to help on anything. The apartment was very clean, and there was a communal kitchen with all equipment available and also very clean. We could also use a communal living room which was not crowded at all, plus there was an office available for use with computer.

The room itself is good. There was a city taxi which is £1.4 per adult per night, not applicable for kids under 10. I stayed three nights ( 2 adult with a kid at 8), should pay £8.4 but the staff asked us for £18 and without receipt! I also aware another group of people tried to check-in in afternoon, however there was no staff at that moment. I could not let them in and not sure how long they waited...
