Saker att göra i Tainan

Yesterday, I visited the long-awaited "Kings of Egypt" special exhibition at the Chimei Museum! Although I had purchased tickets online in advance, I hadn't reserved a time slot. So, upon arrival, I still had to take a number and wait patiently to be called before I could enter. It was a bit of a shame that I didn't get to see the pyramids or mummies, and I spent extra time waiting in line. However, being able to witness precious Egyptian artifacts firsthand and experience the mysterious charm of ancient civilization still felt incredibly worthwhile. It was a very enriching and educational trip!

It's very hot, so we recommend wearing a hat and bringing an umbrella for sun protection. The park offers about three hours of entertainment, and the small-clawed otters are incredibly cute. There's a parrot show to watch, and the indoor playground has five free attractions, including a gentle pirate ship ride. Please note, there are very large rats eating feed in the chicken coop next to the restrooms, and signs of rats were also observed in other animal enclosures.

Since Ten Drum became a cultural park, they've added so many awesome new rides! I was worried we wouldn't be able to play because of the rain, but luckily the weather cleared up. We all had a great time, especially on the Flying Delivery Service and Sugar Crystal Drop – they were super thrilling and so much fun! 😍 It's a shame we didn't get to try everything, and we also missed the show. I hope we can go back again next time! 🤩

There are five halls that can be visited all at once. Although they are in different buildings, the flow is excellent, so you won't get rained on or exposed to the sun. There are also street performers. Unfortunately, it was raining when I went, so the outdoor sandpit was closed. The interactive exhibits are quite good.

Our experience on the boat tour through the Sicao Green Tunnel was fantastic. The staff on-site provided clear guidance and friendly service, and the check-in process was very smooth. Cruising through the lush mangrove forest, the scenery was incredibly beautiful, truly living up to its reputation as the "Taiwanese Amazon River." Along the way, we were able to admire the rich natural ecosystem up close, and the captain also provided timely introductions to the surrounding environment and wildlife, making the entire journey even more interesting and educational. Booking tickets through Klook was very convenient, and the redemption process was quick, saving us a lot of time by not having to wait in line to purchase tickets. The overall experience was very satisfying and is highly recommended for families, couples, or friends. We will definitely recommend it to others in the future.

Det var länge sedan sist! Parken är jättestor så man kan hyra elcyklar, men jag tyckte att det räckte med att gå i lugn och ro 😅 man är ju ändå ute för att röra på sig! Jag såg för sent att det fanns en gräsbana för pulkaåkning, men som tur var fanns det human bumper balls som plåster på såren, och nöjesparken i området var verkligen livlig. De tre kapybarorna var ganska pigga, fåren lät fantastiskt roligt och kaninerna är supermysiga! Det fanns också en fantastisk ukrainsk akrobatikshow med vackra artister. Hur som helst gillade jag stället, och är man intresserad av att rida kan man också komma hit! En del aktiviteter kostar extra, men det är det värt!

To use your ticket, simply present the QR code to the attendant at the entrance. Since it's open until late, you might consider visiting in the evening or after dark. It has a wonderful atmosphere!

As usual, the KLOOK experience was great, no need to buy tickets at the counter since you just have to present your QR to enter instantly. By saving more time, you can explore the beautiful and amazing Anping Tree House longer and enjoy more. This place is highly recommended.

Tainan är känt för sina historiska platser, och det är ett måste att besöka dem. Både Zeelandia-museet och utsiktsplatsen är väl värda ett besök. I souvenirbutiken finns det dessutom kreativa kulturprodukter och snacks att köpa, ett fantastiskt ställe.
