the room is so spacious! we enjoyed our stay here and the receptionist is very accommodating (she let us use her blower) will definitely book & stay here again! cleanliness: 10! service: 10! hotel location: 10! super convenient and close to cafe apartment transport access: 10! accessible and near to restaurants

The place is homey. We had a good sleep and felt safe on the entire stay. The receptionist who assist us when we get to the hotel was very friendly. And accommodate our request to stay on one room despite booking an extra one person room. All four of us stayed in the bigger room. 🥰 service: It was superb! 💕 transport access: It was easy to book a grab rode from and to the hotel. hotel location: walking distance to near coffee shops, restaurants and atm machines.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a certain receptionist who was very good with his English and also made sure our request was filled correctly. I also loved our room. It was pretty spacious and clean. For me, it's a little distant from the busiest city areas but you can always take a cab if you don't like taking more than 10min walks. Certainly coming back to stay more in our room 😂

Rating based on the quality considering the price. best things about this hotel are: 1) Convenience of it, it’s located in district 1 (cheese coffee just round the corner, and I rly loved the nail salon just 2 stalls away, ben thanh market & many other good food & clothes shop within 10-20mins walk). 2) Cozy, comfortable room & ventilation, we had one of the best sleep ever here! our room was downgraded due to technical issues but they reimbursed us and the add-on bed was soft too. 3) clean towels /mattress sheets. 4) Breakfast was not extraordinary but pretty decent! enjoyed the omelette, banh mi, lime drink. 5) service was pretty good! impressed by the extra mile to pack breakfast for us when we had to leave v early for our activity. To improve: 1) more floor mats because the shower is right beside the toilet bowl with no segregation, gets wet after bath. 2) someone to help with luggage for flight of narrow stairs up to conceige. 3) small bottles of mineral water not really enough

The rooms are clean and well-maintained. However, the breakfast options could use some improvement. During our stay, the menu only rotated between two choices, so we ended up going out for breakfast to enjoy more variety. Nonetheless, The camote fries was soo good!

Hotel location is perfect. A lot of attractions and shopping areas are within walking distance. The room is clean and the staff were courteous and accommodating. Also enjoyed the breakfast. They have a wide selection and I particularly liked the pho station. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit.

They had good facilities, including advanced toilet bowls, and they provided good service with proficient English speakers.

Bra läge, mycket rent och rymligt rum. Precis ovanför Saigon Centre. Lätt att få tag på taxi vid en av portarna. Luftkonditioneringen är stark.
