Saker att göra i Tophane

Vi fick njuta av en vacker utsikt över Bosporen från en fantastisk plats tills solen gick ner. Dolmabahçepalatset, Rumelihisarı och Jungfrutornet kunde ses tydligt från havet när vi passerade under bron. Kocken Ahmet serverade varmt te och delade ut filtar till oss. Frukt- och kakfatet, samt de extra pommes fritesen och rostat brödet, var också mycket goda. Dryckesservice ingick, vilket gjorde detta till en prisvärd och rekommenderad tur. Beställ gärna drycker och extra mat! Tack för den fina magnetpresenten! Detta var min tredje gång i Turkiet, men den här kryssningen var den bästa, då vi kunde koppla av och njuta av musiken i lugn och ro. Tack för utmärkt service, kock Ahmet!

Att besöka Hagia Sofia var huvudsyftet med resan. Det var synd att både exteriören och interiören var under renovering. Trots det var det verkligen fantastiskt att kunna uppleva tyngden av detta kulturarv, där väggmålningar och klotter från tiden då det användes som moské, efter att ha varit en ortodox kyrka, fortfarande finns kvar. Det fanns en mobilguide på japanska, men eftersom det verkade vara en AI-röst och många meningar var obegripliga, fick jag gissa mig fram för att njuta av den. Talhastigheten var också långsam, så när jag lyssnade på 1,5x hastighet blev det precis normal hastighet. Men jag insåg att man verkligen inte kan prata om att besöka Istanbul utan att ha sett Hagia Sofia. Jag är glad att jag åkte dit.

Fantastisk färjetur. Förväntade mig inte denna nivå av fantastiskhet från bara en enkel båttur. För dig som vill uppleva både Europa- och Asiensidan är denna tur perfekt. Men ta med en jacka eftersom det blir väldigt blåsigt. Sammantaget, KRAFTFULLT!

The palace is definitely worth visiting and I recommend it to everyone. It was very easy to book the tickets on Klook, but you need to keep in mind that the skip the line allows you to skip the ticket line only, not the first security check line. When I went, for the ticket office the line was very short, just a few people, while the security line was very long, all the way to the street. 📸 If you want to take a photo with the sea gates, do not stop at the first one if there is a huge line, you can walk along the iron fence and you’ll find four more sea gates. I saw many people lining up for the first gate, but the other ones had 1-2 people taking photos.

Upplevelsen av Cisternpalatset var helt fantastisk. Det är svårt att föreställa sig en så storslagen gammal vattenreservoar gömd under staden. Att ha en biljett som hoppar över kön var väldigt bekvämt, då vi slapp vänta länge i den gassande solen, och inträdesprocessen var smidig. Med en audioguide kunde vi lära oss om byggnadens historia och berättelserna bakom den. De höga stenpelarna stod prydligt uppradade, och ljuset reflekterades i vattnet, vilket skapade en otrolig atmosfär. Medusahuvudet är en klassisk sevärdhet här, mystisk och mycket speciell. När man går längs de fuktiga gångarna känner man historiens vingslag. Den övergripande takten på besöket var behaglig, det var både förtrollande och imponerande, fyllt av mystik, och är en sevärdhet man inte får missa när man besöker Istanbul.

We first met at a pub and then headed to Topkapi Palace together, which was a fun and unique way to start the tour! 😆 It was raining, so walking around and exploring the palace was a little difficult, but somehow that made the experience even more memorable and fun. ☔️🇹🇷 We joined the 3 PM tour, but it felt a little rushed toward the end. If you want to explore Topkapi Palace more comfortably and have enough time to see everything, I’d definitely recommend choosing an earlier tour!

The food is very good and the experience of the cruise is very nice. Everything was nice. The server hasan was excellent, and every show on this cruise was fantastic. When the belly dancer performed, she was a showstopper; she stole the show. The entire cruise was incredibly amazing. The cruise journey started with a welcome drink and food. Once the ship left the dockyard, dinner was served, which was amazing. The service from the guy named Hassan was excellent. Then the show started. Oh my God, the cruise shows were all very, very good. Everything was good. The belly dancer, when she entered, was a showstopper. She will steal your heart, 110%. Her moves and dance were incredible. Everything was so good, and the service was top-notch. You will spend your three hours beautifully.

It was a wonderful experience. The boat offers drinks and snacks, along with an audio guide throughout the journey. The vessel is large, clean, and new with a great atmosphere and beautiful views. You can enjoy the scenery and learn about the history of various locations situated along the Bosphorus Strait.
