Saker att göra i Cheonmachong

Hans was amazing! He made the tour very interactive and fun. I learnt a lot about the history of Korea. Gyeongju is absolutely beautiful. I kept asking my partner to pinch me so I knew I wasn’t dreaming! Some places were a little rushed but that’s expected when you have such a packed adventurous Itenarary.

Reseledaren Mike är halv kines och halv korean, så hans kinesiska guidning var verkligen klockren. Han förklarade historien på ett koncist och lättbegripligt sätt så att det aldrig blev tråkigt, och ibland slängde han in några ärliga, humoristiska kommentarer, hahahaha. Vid varje sevärdhet förklarade han dess ursprung, och vi fick också lära oss lite småfakta om det koreanska firandet av Chuseok, vilket gjorde att man kände att man fick en djupare förståelse för det här landet! Även om det inte är omöjligt att besöka de här platserna på egen hand, så krävs det otroligt mycket efterforskning för att på kort tid förstå den kulturella bakgrunden och få allt att flyta på smidigt. För oss som är fast i ett nio-till-fem-jobb och har begränsat med semesterdagar är det bara att boka direkt – kinesiskspråkiga resenärer borde verkligen boka, ni kommer inte att ångra er~~ (reseledaren har verkligen inte betalat mig för att skriva det här, hahahaha, jag ger honom ett femstjärnigt betyg från djupet av mitt hjärta).

It was a really great tour with a smaller group, so we all fit into a van, which I was thankful for. Our guide was Hee. He did really well coordinating everything in the swarming heat and drove like a legend. We had ample time for the itinerary with options to choose to visit the museum or some people to visit Wolji lake. I'm happy I choose the museum as theres lots of things to see from Shilla. He also acted as a photographer too. We stopped for lunch at an affordable ₩9900 buffet, theres other options too like a cafe cafe and CVS. A great tour to do if you want to see Gyeongju :)

Our guide (Mr. Kim) is punctual, efficient and considerate. He even help us to double check whether the place that we plan to go is open during rainy day. He also recommend good food and willing to share it's location to us. He make sure we fully utilise the time to explore as much places as possible other than the requested itinerary. Would like to engage his service again.

Our group of five family members took this this tour one way from Busan to Gyeongju. DK was our guide and driver for the day. He was friendly, knowledgeable and well organized. DK is a Korean native who spent several years of his childhood in the US, and he was able to understand us and express himself fluently to bring us a very valuable, authentic Korean perspective which we really appreciated. We were able to see all of the highlights of Gyeongju in just one day. He really helped us make the most of our time by recommending key focus areas at each site. For us, this was also how we traveled from Busan to our next destination, Gyeongju, and how we were able to tour the Gyeongju sites. It was so efficient, easy, and stress free. DK started the day picking us up at our Busan hotel, and ended our day dropping us off at our Gyeongju hotel. We highly recommend this tour.

We loved this experience! we hired two hanbok’s for the whole day, we arrived the shop mid-day and there were no other customers, so we took the time to select the designs we liked, and then they went on to braid our hair. This went very quickly, but looked so beautiful! they put in flowers and decoration, and it did not feel like they were rushing, although it went quite fast and efficient. They have lockers in the shop to stow away the clothes you came in. We booked a photographer separately, because, when do you get to wear such beautiful clothes? It was a very fun experience, the clothes are beautiful and of good quality, lots of choice and sizes. would recommend 10/10! 🌸💗

Donghoon was the perfect tour guide. He was able to explain the background and history of all the venues in multiple languages catering to our groups needs. He was always making sure we had enough rest in between locations and even provided us a bonus viewpoint of Busan city at night time! Definitely worth the visit and the highlight of my trip to Busan!
