Everything was excellent, especially the buffet dinner. Although the variety of food might not have been extensive, the staff were incredibly friendly and polite, which truly deserves praise. However, I felt that the swimming pool policy, which requires guests to wear swimming caps but doesn't provide them, was a bit inconvenient. If you need to buy one, it costs thirty dollars, so for a family of four, that's one hundred and twenty dollars. This aspect was a bit disappointing, but other than that, everything else was okay. It's still worth a stay.

Food Taste: The variety of food is acceptable, with a wide array of desserts, more so than cooked dishes and seafood. The beef tenderloin was inedible. Due to the weather and guest behavior (not closing the freezer properly), the ice cream had melted. Beverage options were limited. Staff Service: The staff humbly asked customers for areas of improvement. For a 5-star hotel, there is room for improvement. Experience: We were celebrating a senior's birthday, and the staff provided a simple decoration. However, compared to other 5-star hotels, such as the InterContinental Jinan, the difference in quality was immediately apparent.
