Mr. Lai is the best tour guide for this trip. He is professional, kind, and he makes the trip feel fun. He knows the best spots, and he even has the red card prop. He is a good photographer with flattering shots. He is considerate of our situation, like if there’s a need to go to the toilet, eat, etc. His car is comfortable too, good air conditioning and sitting. He uses his phone to communicate effectively when needed. Above all, he played F4 songs when we were entering the university! He made the experience really, really fun and memorable.
