Thanks for tour guide,Lek. He is a well-knowledge guide of this tour. First, we went to a traditional market, and I found a particular fruit that my friend’s favorite. Then, we went to Longyang market and Waroro market. The two markets are most tourists loved. In the market, Lek had talked to me about the history of Chiangmai. It’s really interesting to me to know about the history and culture that I’ve never learned in books from local people. Then, we went to see some houses along the carnal where people came from the mountain tribes. It really seems like differnt from other places in Chiangmai, not so fancy but for real. The last spot is silver temple. There are some metal murals showing the original story of the temple in mountain. It’s nice weather for today’s tour and I highly recommended this tour and Lek!

Att besöka tempel är ett måste när man kommer till den lugna staden Chiang Mai! Vår guide, Ms. Immy, var mycket trevlig och kunde kommunicera på engelska! Turen inkluderade tre tempel, och guiden berättade om varje tempels kultur och ursprung. Observera att kvinnor inte får gå in i vissa mindre tempel bredvid huvudtemplen, men huvudtemplen är alltid tillgängliga för alla! Efteråt tog hon oss till en lokal traditionell marknad. Eftersom vädret i april var mycket varmt, köpte Immy först thailändskt mjölkte, som är känt i Thailand. När vi kom in på marknaden kunde vi berätta för guiden vad vi ville köpa, och hon hjälpte oss att hitta det. Priserna på marknaden var också mycket förmånliga, så vi kunde köpa souvenirer där. Slutligen bjöd guiden oss på några lokala specialiteter, vilket gjorde det till en mycket trevlig resa!

Föraren var mycket trevlig och hela resan var pålitlig. Bua Tong-vattenfallet ligger i en skogspark i norra Thailand, och klipporna vid vattenfallet är gråvita med en blåaktig ton, vilket är helt fantastiskt! Vattnet är svalt, och när man klättrar upp kan man interagera nära med naturen!

This was the only tour available when I booked the day before, so I chose it. However, it turned out to be much better than I expected, and I'm glad I picked this one over other tours. The meeting time is very early, which makes the morning a bit challenging, but because of that, the temples and hiking trails were less crowded, allowing for a stress-free experience. Unfortunately, it was cloudy this time, so we couldn't see the sunrise. Our guide was also very thorough and made the experience enjoyable. I'm very grateful. We arrived back at the hotel before 9 AM, which meant we had the rest of the day to enjoy, making it very efficient. I highly recommend this tour.

We had a group size of 8 with people from 3 different countries! Our guide shared some history of Chiang Mai and of the 2 temples we were visiting. Duration was just right and thankful for the transportation to and from hotel!

The cruise lasted about an hour on the way there and 40 minutes on the way back. We were able to relax and enjoy the scenery of Chiang Mai from a boat with tables. Occasionally, staff members provided guidance in English. For lunch, we had Khao Soi at a small garden restaurant (Pad Thai was also an option). You can choose chicken, pork, or beef for the Khao Soi, but I highly recommend the pork. It wasn't too spicy, the portion was just right, and it was very delicious. We also had ice cream after the meal. Since it was a tour of just under three hours, it was easy and enjoyable to participate.
