Food was awesome!! Spread was good!! Really good!! Still got desserts ice cream. Loves the kampung buffet!! Will definitely return again!

Had a wonderful dining experience here! The food was really good and we enjoyed everything. Thank you to the lovely lady who served us as well! Also, a big thank you to Matthew Lok for being so accommodating when we had to change our reservation time because of a sudden change in our travel plans. I'd been looking for an opportunity to have a lunch buffet here ever since it operated under a different name, and I finally made it. All the dishes were delicious, and I was almost full, but I ordered the carbonara cooked by professional chef Nabihah in the live kitchen. Even though I was already full, I also ordered bolognese as my very last dish. I've been completely hooked ever since, and I want to eat them again even right now. I'm truly grateful for the attentiveness of all the employees. I'm especially indebted to Ganesh. Love to come back again. Taste: Unforgettable Price & Service: Great deal

Had an amazing afternoon tea experience at Grand Hyatt! The service was excellent…friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout. The food was an experience in itself, with beautifully presented savory bites and absolutely amazing desserts. Every item was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The breathtaking view of the Petronas Twin Towers made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable afternoon tea in Kuala Lumpur!

every thing was good but the fish is a bit off.. wish they could improved better service is super they give us some dessert after the meal

This restaurant was incredible, the food was brilliant and the view was even more spectacular. You got to go on the viewing deck afterwards for free. The staff where friendly. Great variety very yummy. Would definitely recommend this. restaurant ambiance:

Jag var där klockan 13.45, teet börjar klockan 14.00, så det är ingen vits att vara där tidigare eftersom de bara kan börja servera klockan 14.00. Sconesarna och jordgubbssylten var superduperbra! Utöver det var resten av kakorna sådär; servitören var mycket uppmärksam på att fylla på varmvatten till teet, men tyvärr glömde han att presentera vad resten av desserterna var :( jag tycker att det var ett missat tillfälle. De salta tilltuggen var dessutom kalla redan när de kom in. Atmosfären var dock jättebra, det fanns en livepianist. Men jag skulle inte gå dit igen för matens skull :(

i tried little bit of everything at the lunch buffet, and it was a good overall experience. the servers are alert, got lots of food varieties including japanese, chinese, mediterranean, western and malay. the allocated 2 hours and 30 minutes made us enjoy our time to eat slowly. the desserts are excellent also.

A lovely evening at Sofitel with helpful and attentive staff. Food was delicious and a wide spread was available. Seafood was served on ice and was fresh. Unfortunately did not get to try the sashimi as it was not refilled.
