I tried to book through Klook just the day before my trip to Malacca, and I was so relieved that everything went smoothly. Initially, I was a little anxious because I didn't receive the car number (perhaps because I don't use WhatsApp), but on the day of the trip, I met Benny at the requested time without any issues. My trip to Putrajaya and Malacca with Benny was a truly enjoyable experience! Even though there might have been parking fees, he waited for us right at the hotel's main entrance so we could board the vehicle directly, and he recognized us in the lobby and greeted us first. Without any prior travel information, Benny's kind guidance allowed us to explore meaningful places, and we were able to get satisfying photos thanks to his recommendations for excellent photo spots. Thank you so much for introducing us to hidden gems that are hard to find! Moreover, as we moved between locations, he meticulously explained the historical buildings and famous places we passed, giving us a comprehensive understanding of the city. The restaurant he recommended was also an excellent Nyonya eatery, and we had a delightful lunch. Benny not only transported us to tourist sites but also enthusiastically guided us after arrival, and he never forgot to take photos for us. I feel incredibly lucky to have met him and to have experienced Malacca with him :)

We enjoyed a pleasant day with the tour, Stephen, our guide did a prefect arrangement, and he shared quite a lot of history and culture of the Malay and Melaka with us on all those group visiting spots, meanwhile can still managed enough time of 2.5 hours for our own time of walking the old city. Pick up location at Starbucks of Time Square is easy to get to. The coach transfer is comfortable, everything is nice, and highly recommended.

Fantastisk upplevelse med farbror Adam, han är så vänlig, informativ, berättade för oss om sååå mycket av Malaysias och Malackas historia, vet hur man hanterar barn och gör dem glada under resan. Farbror Adam var också empatisk mot oss, han visste när han skulle prata och när han skulle låta oss vila och sova... Jag och fyra vänner tog en privat dagsutflykt till Melaka. Vi hade en mycket bra chaufför vid namn Java, som gav oss en smidig och bekväm resa. The historical tour led by Mr Oliver was interesting and beneficial. He took his time to share with us the history behind every place, buildings, landscape and even the trees. We really understand the history in depth. We also enjoy the walk from the Dutch Sq Area to the Harmony St across the Melaka River. Mr Oliver is really passionate about sharing the history of melaka. We really recommend anyone coming down to Melaka to spend some time with this tour. Just a note, this tour involves lots of walking and going upstairs and down, so make sure you put on proper shoes and attire 😉
