We travel to different parts of the world every year, and Joseph Mao is the first tour guide we’ve had who prepared PowerPoint slides for the itinerary. It was such a thoughtful touch and made it really easy to follow the trip. He was friendly, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and always willing to help take photos. He also shared great local tips about pineapple cakes and Sun Moon Lake cakes. Very patient and professional throughout the day. We really enjoyed having Joseph as our guide!

Such a great day tour! We were able to visit so many beautiful places in Taichung in just one day, and everything was well organized and enjoyable. A special shoutout to our tour guide, Tommy! He was friendly, funny, accommodating, and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. He explained things clearly, gave us enough time to explore and take photos, and kept the whole tour fun and relaxed. You can really tell that he knows how to take care of his guests. The itinerary was packed, but it didn’t feel stressful. I especially enjoyed seeing the different sides of Taichung, from the flower market to Gaomei Wetlands and the other stops. Highly recommended, and if you get Tommy as your tour guide, you’re in good hands!

Det var problem med skåpbilens AC när vi hämtades från stationen. Guiden släppte av oss i Miyahara för att byta bil, tack och lov. Föraren/guiden (herr Wang) var mycket vänlig och talade flytande engelska! Vi fick sällskap av japanska turister mitt under turen och guiden kunde även tala japanska! Solnedgången vid Gaomei-våtmarken var magnifik! Vi njöt verkligen av denna tur.

The day tour was wonderful. Our guide was incredibly kind and accompanied us throughout, and their driving was very comfortable. When it started raining towards the end of the trip, they lent us an umbrella and even gave us one when we parted ways. Even though they weren't a Korean guide, it wasn't inconvenient at all. Thanks to the guide's thoughtful and warm consideration, it was a great trip.

Upplevelsen på Alishan den här gången var överlag riktigt bra 🌿🚂 Det fanns ingen stress att följa en stram resplan, utan vi åkte sakta med det lilla tåget genom skogen. Utsikten längs vägen var mycket rogivande, och luften var otroligt frisk, vilket gjorde att jag kände mig helt avslappnad. Lederna var också välplanerade, så det var bekvämt att stanna och gå när man ville, perfekt för den som vill ta det lugnt. Vad gäller guiden var den vi hade den här gången mycket vänlig och professionell. Hen gav inte bara noggranna förklaringar utan visade också aktivt var det var bra att ta bilder och hjälpte till med fotografering. Detta lade till många positiva detaljer till hela resan och fick en att känna sig mycket trygg.

Xitou is truly a wonderful place, and joining this one-day tour was very convenient. However, the activity description stated that we would have 2.5 hours for walking in Xitou and 1 hour for dining. In reality, we walked for 2 hours and dined for 1.5 hours. The dining time was a bit too long. I hope the described itinerary can be closer to the actual arrangements.
