It's interesting how things became. I enjoyed the food, which tasted okay, but most of all, I enjoyed the service. Everything they did was exceptionally professional, and the job was well done.

Have a wonderful evening. We have a total of 8 adults and 1 kids. Getting the $300 vouchers is worth it. Is my first visit to dancing Crab. Ending we did birthday song for our friend who is having his belated birthday month surprise for him on 10.10.

The service staff were all very attentive, cheerful and offered helpful information on the menu. This is pur first time dining at this branch and very satisfied with food and service.

staff were polite and welcoming. food variety was decent. durian pengat was nice, as were the cakes and kueh. the buffet price does not include drinks and need to top up $1 for water or $4.90 for other drinks like juices or tea, which we decided not to since we have our own water.

The overall experience is very good. The environment is comfortable and relaxed, and the whole is clean and tidy. The activity is very cost-effective, the experience is very good, and the process is smooth and not delayed. Jennie Cho's service is thoughtful and the details are well done. The whole process was pleasant, and the experience exceeded expectations. It was very worth coming. I highly recommend you to come and experience it. Overall, I am very satisfied with all aspects. I will come again next time if I have a chance.

The food are very delicious especially the famous white beehoon and my nephew really loves it. Staff service in Vivocity is excellent and the food very reasonably priced. Recommend to join their free membership for member pricing. Highly recommended if just want a simple meal out.

The crab was incredibly fresh and sweet, and seasoned perfectly. This time, we mainly ordered spicy crab and white pepper crab (we even got to try two different types of crab!) paired with coconut water. It was such a satisfying meal, absolutely delicious! The service was very friendly and helpful with meal recommendations. The portions were incredibly generous; two of us ate until we were completely full! Next time I'm in Singapore, I'll definitely want to eat here again! I had the set lunch at Chatterbox, RWS, and it was really good value. The highlight was definitely the Bak Kut Teh soup. It was rich, flavourful, and comforting. Most of the dishes in the set were well prepared, and I left feeling very satisfied. The only item I didn’t really enjoy was the Peranakan kueh, which I felt could have been softer. Another area that could be improved was the voucher redemption process. The staff informed me that Klook vouchers could not be used for the set lunch, but when I checked the terms and conditions, it stated that the set lunch was eligible. It was a little confusing, so it would be great if the staff could be aligned on the voucher terms to avoid any misunderstandings.

Restaurant was serving too many people in a small space. queues made it worse. food was decent though not good enough compared to similarly priced buffets.
