I tried three different massage places, categorized by price as high, medium, and low. This one was the cheapest, but its location and the skill of the masseuse were absolutely on par with the other two. An elderly woman massaged me; she was incredibly strong and had excellent technique. It hurt so much I almost cried out! The stretching and pressure were the most intense of all three places, but afterward, my muscles felt the most relaxed. The ambiance was slightly less luxurious than Let's Relax and Diora; there were no aromatherapy scents or soft music, which is likely why the price was lower. Because my first experience was at Let's Relax, I gave it 5 stars as I had no comparison. After trying the cheaper and more expensive options, I would now only give it 3.5-4 stars. I would give both the most expensive, Diora, and this place, Lak, 5 stars.

Jag fick thaimassage på Health Land Bangkok. Jag anlände till Bangkok tidigt på morgonen, så jag bokade en tid för tidig förmiddag. Behandlingen var grundlig, och jag kände att resans trötthet försvann helt. Det är ett rekommenderat spa med bra valuta för pengarna, och det är lätt att använda även för förstagångsbesökare.

ThaiThai Massage is super close to the hotel, right next door. After a long day of walking, it was so relaxing to take a shower and then head over for a massage in casual clothes. Afterward, I just went back to the hotel to sleep – so comfortable and easy! The whole place has a very soothing and relaxing atmosphere and scent. The massage therapists were all gentle, friendly, and very professional. Their technique was so soft and pleasant; I loved it! My daughter is still young and didn't want a full body massage, so she chose the head, shoulder, and neck option. She absolutely loved it! She said the masseuse was very gentle and kept smiling. She really liked her! Highly recommend!

Att boka tider i appen var superenkelt och personalen var mycket tillmötesgående. Platsen var mycket lättillgänglig då den låg bredvid mitt hotell, bredvid BTS och var lätt att hitta. Fyrhandsmassagen var superavkopplande, atmosfären var bra, massörerna var duktiga, processen var något annorlunda än på Bali (då massörerna här fokuserade på övre/mitten och benen medan de på Bali delade upp sig mellan vänster och höger) men det var ändå bra. Snacks före och efter var goda. Helhetsupplevelsen var bra!

Excellent 2 hour hot stone service. The masseuse is very strong with her elbow and knee and it’s one of the few times I consider the massage to be firm and strong which I prefer. Location is convenient: about 10 mins walk from BTS Thong Lor station exit 3. You will walk pass by that famous mango place.

Is the era of Health Land over? They only use their palms and the backs of their elbows to press; it's too hard to press firmly with fingers. A light touch on the soles of the feet, a light touch on the back of the neck... Is it a massage or just rubbing? I visited twice in a row to see what they were doing with their palms. I paid a bit more and got a 5-point massage at Let's Relax. The in-room massage itself has changed. I've been using Health Land and Let's Relax for over 10 years. The old days of sweating while giving massages are gone. Now, it's freezing cold with the air conditioning blasting, so I pull the towel up to my neck. I understand that masseuses need the air conditioning because they work hard, but I was wearing thin clothes and my toes were cold... I thought I was going to get a chill. Health Land, who used to sell coupon bundles of 10, it's goodbye now! The Ekkamai branch doesn't even greet you. They just confirm the booking and show no other interest. They don't even wash your feet; they just wipe them quickly with a towel and that's it. (It might vary by chain)

Spaet är mycket trevligt och det doftar väldigt gott. Jag gillar atmosfären. Receptionisten var också trevlig. Massageterapeuten var duktig och varsam. Det var en bra upplevelse.
