Hotell nära Ninoy Aquino International Airport

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, and the overall service was excellent. Everything made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely a hotel I would recommend and happily stay at again! ❤️

The hotel was wonderful and truly worth the money! The buffet breakfast was great, the location is very convenient, close to the airport, and near many establishments. As for the pool, I hope they maintain its quality, cleanliness, and safety standards, especially restricting swimming during thunderstorms. I was amazed at how they prioritize guest safety. There are just a few things that could be improved. Room service was a bit slow, but understandable, especially when there are many guests. For birthday celebrations, I hope they become proactive in checking if there is a guest celebrating so they can provide the complimentary item right away. There was also an elevator issue due to a power interruption which caused some inconvenience with GrabFood deliveries. I couldn't go down immediately to get my order, and some of the staff were not quite aware of the situation. Fortunately, I was able to call the concierge, and they handled it properly. Overall, we had a great stay! Very good value for money, and I hope they can maintain the quality of service without significantly increasing the room rates.

My stay at Golden Phoenix was excellent. The staff were very accommodating, and I was surprised to receive a room upgrade. It is conveniently located. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly stay here again.

smooth check in, clean rooms and we haf a view to the airport. even due thr heavy traffic it was quiet in the room. the small pool was nice as well with complimentary towels. breakfast buffet was good.

the rooms are bit old, but they are well equipped with your basic need toiletries, towels, tv refrigerator and even microwave. the staff is accommodating the check in and storage of luggage’s is fast, the location is near mall of Asia 9mins walk, jollibee is just beside the hotel and there’s also convient store like 711, WiFi also is working well, and the pool is good they even provide towel and also they have jacuzzi thank you 😊

Staff: Accomodating and friendly. Arrived quickly when I asked for room assistance. Bedroom: Clean, air-conditioned, comfy bed with a smart TV, free coffee sachet and water bottle, housekeeping included Bathroom: Clean, comes with toiletries, shower has heater Other facilities: Breakfast buffet, swimming pool Location: Convenient store and SM Aura nearby Perfect for hotel staycation :)

Overall, I had a really comfortable stay here! The room is definitely a highlight—cozy and super clean—plus the location is top-tier since it's very accessible to the airport and various shopping malls. Their buffet breakfast was also delicious, very nice, and organized; it wasn't chaotic even with a lot of people. Customer service was smooth when I had an issue; they were responsive and very polite on the phone. There are just a few areas for improvement. I really wish they had a smart TV, especially since many cheaper hotels nowadays already have smart TVs for streaming. I also didn't quite vibe with some of the staff in person because they didn't seem very approachable, even though their service was fine overall. Still, it was a solid and convenient stay, and I’d recommend it for its cleanliness and location!

cleanliness: The room is clean upon arrival., with fresh linens. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job. Common areas such as the lobby, hallways, and dining areas were also clean. service: I highly recommend Kingsford Hotel to anyone who values a clean and pleasant environment. hotel location: Great location! Kingsford Hotel is close to Skyway, Okada, Ayala Mall, MoA. transport access: Great transport access! The hotel is well connected to major routes, making it easy to reach popular areas. Very convenient for travelers.

Room space is reasonable for its price. I hope the facilities like the door of the CR will be fixed.
