This was such a great way to see the city. Juan José was super friendly, very informative and made the tour great. It didn’t feel rushed and I got to see a lot of the city in such a short period.

Alejandro var mycket hjälpsam under hela resan. Vid mötesplatsen på Gran Vía gav han tydliga instruktioner om var vi skulle vänta, vilket gjorde allt enkelt från början. Trots att han fick upprepa information flera gånger förblev han tålmodig och professionell. Under bussresan delade han med sig av intressanta fakta om platserna vi besökte och visade oss till och med nyhetsartiklar på sin telefon, vilket var en omtänksam extra insats, särskilt på en söndag. Resan från Madrid till Segovia var väl guidad – han visade oss akvedukten, Alcázar och andra pittoreska platser samtidigt som han delade med sig av användbar information om staden. Han rekommenderade också bra restauranger och föreslog att vi skulle besöka ett gratis museum, vilket var ett utmärkt tips. Alejandro var artig, respektfull och uppmärksam på gruppen, och såg till att alla var bekväma och informerade, inklusive att ge tid för toalettpauser. Sammantaget gjorde han ett utmärkt jobb, och jag skulle gärna följa med på en annan tur med honom i framtiden.

The museum itself is very new and clean, with spacious corridors that make for a comfortable visit. Some exhibition rooms have chairs, so you can sit and rest if you get tired. The tour guide was very professional, arriving early to wait for us, and was very friendly and humorous. Their explanations were lively, often involving animated gestures and a loud voice (they even got told off by the museum staff for being too loud 😂), like telling a story to children, which was very entertaining. They were also very familiar with the museum's layout, ensuring no repeated routes. The entire guided tour lasted over two hours, and I myself stayed for another two hours (and still didn't see everything). If you want to explore thoroughly, you should plan for 3 to 5 hours, or even longer. After entering and clearing security, remember to pick up a tour brochure first; it will help you locate important works when you explore on your own.
