our go to hotel in Nagoya. stayed here 3x already and we will always book this hotel. near all the attractions, bus terminals and train station. amenities are complete

Service: We had to check in and check out again because we were on a two-day, one-night tour of Kamikochi and Tateyama Kurobe. We are also very grateful that they allowed us to store our luggage for a day! When we returned home, we realized we had left something in the room, and they were very proactive in contacting me and offering solutions!

WOW! Vi njöt av hela vår dag här. Vi bodde på Legoland hotell och det var väldigt bekvämt att anlända under parkens öppning. Barnen åkte nästan alla barnvänliga åkattraktioner. Deras favorit var körskolan. Min och makens favorit var miniland. Det kändes som om vi kunde besöka hela Japan.

The hotel is located in the heart of Sakae area within walking distance from Sakae subway station, Donki, and the TV Tower. There is also a 7-11 below and a bus stop in front of the hotel which is very convenient. The free drinks every 2pm until 11pm is also a bonus! The sizing of my room is perfect for a solo traveler. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at during my stay in Japan. I will definitely book here again when I come back to Nagoya.

Would revisit! Pros: - Conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Nagoya Station, making transportation easy. - The water pressure in the bathroom is strong, and there's a bathtub that, while short in length, is deep enough to enjoy a half-body bath. - The room generally feels clean. - Each room is equipped with a coffee machine and two complimentary capsules. - The coffee pot looked clean, so I felt comfortable using it. - The refrigerator works well. - The lobby on the first floor has many tables, and you can use the beverage dispenser and automatic coffee machine for free, so you can bring in snacks/food from outside to eat. - Although there are no amenities provided in the room, you can freely take as many amenities as you need from next to the front desk on the first floor. - There's a free ice machine and water dispenser on the second floor, so you can fill your room's cup with water or fill the ice bucket provided in the room with ice. (However, since the room cups are small, it's more convenient to buy a water bottle outside and fill it up.) Paid vending machines are also available. - I didn't visit, but the public bath is also available. Surprisingly, many people use it. - ★The breakfast quality is excellent. Cons: - Being about a 10-minute walk from Nagoya Station, it can be a bit difficult to move around with heavy luggage. - As is common with all Japanese hotels, the room is very small. If you bring a 28-inch suitcase, the bathroom door might only open halfway, or there might be no space to stand. - The bathroom is also very small. It's impossible for two people to brush their teeth simultaneously. - While not all staff were like this, the staff member who checked me in spoke so softly that it was difficult to understand them. - This might have only been the case for our room (Room 707), but the bathroom fan was broken, causing a rotten water smell to permeate the bathroom for two out of three nights. (When I reported it to the front desk on the third day, they fixed it immediately during cleaning.) - Whether due to the room being very dry or the carpeted floor having a lot of dust, even with the air purifier on, my rhinitis worsened every time I woke up, causing discomfort.

Rummet var rymligt, bekvämt och rent. Personalen i receptionen var vänlig och artig. Vid hissen fanns det kaffepåsar för bryggkaffe och olika tepåsar, samt små förpackningar med rengöringslotion och andra skönhetsprodukter. Förutom att läget var lite långt från stationen var allt annat utmärkt. Frukosten hade ett rikt utbud, och den nylagade omeletten rekommenderas starkt. Det fanns många japanska rätter, bröd och sallader, samt ett stort urval av drycker som juice, mjölk och oolong-te. Det enda som var lite synd var att det bara fanns tre sorters frukt, och currysåsen var lite tunn och inte den traditionella japanska smaken man brukar förvänta sig.

The hotel is small and clean, and you pick up your room key card yourself. However, the front desk staff will still assist you. After scanning your passport with their machine, it will print out a piece of paper with your room number and two key cards. I booked a one-night stay without breakfast. The room has a refrigerator, a side table, and a chair. The space isn't large, which is a common type, and the hallway is also narrow. It's still fine for using a top-opening suitcase. However, since Klook offered an 88% discount with a credit card, making it only 1238, I'm very satisfied.
