Vi hade en helt fantastisk dagsutflykt med Jay, och jag kan inte rekommendera den tillräckligt varmt! Från början till slut var allt perfekt organiserat, säkert och otroligt roligt. Jay är en enastående, kunnig, vänlig och genuint passionerad person som älskar att dela med sig av de bästa platserna och berättelserna. Han gjorde allt för att se till att alla var bekväma, svarade på alla våra frågor och lade till några roliga personliga inslag som gjorde upplevelsen speciell och autentisk. Resplanen var välplanerad, med fantastiska vyer och gott om tid att njuta av allt utan att känna sig stressad. Vi åkte därifrån uppfriskade, inspirerade och med minnen jag kommer att vårda länge. This trip to Neuschwanstein Castle and Linderhof Palace was an excellent choice. Although the weather was very hot, the walking was doable. Joachim was our guide, knowledgeable and funny. The driver (I didn't get his name) was amazing too. Overall, great value for money!

What a wonderful trip! Arts, culture and history rolled into one carefully curated activity. The premium bus with refreshments is a big add on to the experience!

our driver was called something like Dragon and our touguide is a lady with beautiful blue eyes and grey hair and clear voice. I forgot her name unfortunately but she is so helpful and professional which makes the whole trip experience impeccable. I hope she can be my tour guide again! It is a worthy tour, I wish I had more time. If you love sightseeing and museums, you might want to skip lunch and tour around instead.

The itinerary provided ample time, but it's crucial to be very clear about the meeting time and location. Punctuality is very important. On our return trip, three people from our group weren't on the bus when it was time to leave. The tour guide looked for them but couldn't find them, so the bus departed on schedule.

This tour is very convenient, and the itinerary is well-planned. Train tickets are already included, so after meeting at the designated spot, we just walk to the train station and board the train. The tour guide was excellent; they even lent us money for the restroom and explained the history and culture of each attraction. They also waited for everyone to gather at each location before starting the explanation, ensuring no one was left behind. They also recommended souvenirs and suggested a restaurant for lunch that would offer a more profound experience.

The tour was deeply educational and profoundly moving. Our guide, Jake, was exceptional; his extensive knowledge allowed him to discuss the tragedies of the past with a sensitivity that made the history accessible without being emotionally overwhelming. The tour guide, Melanie was excellent—friendly, professional, and spoke very clear English throughout the tour. She gave us thorough introductions to all the sights and even in Munich and recommended great local restaurants and food spots nearby. We tried one of the receommend restaurants in Salzburg. Nice!! We also added the boat cruise as an extra, and it was absolutely worth it. The lake was calm and peaceful, so my boy had no seasickness at all. During the cruise, they played lovely music, including the theme from The Sound of Music—such a nice touch! Besides the coach is new and clean. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area.
