I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, and the overall service was excellent. Everything made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely a hotel I would recommend and happily stay at again! ❤️

we all had fun specially the kids. we did tried their spa and it was good! the inly downside is the tiles in the pool nakaangat kasi mejo not safe. they also gave compli cakes for my daughter 1st birthday, nadoble pa nga but they still gave it anyway! we loved the playground and the free buffet! also the free popcorn and ice cream muntik n kami di makakuha ayaw na kami bigyan nun isang receptionist but the bellboy gave us when we ask him so kudos to the bellboy🩷the pool was not heated but the water is warm so it's tolerable! All in all it was a fun experience!

hotel location: few minutes away from MOA, few convenient stores nearby breakfast: there's quite few choices and food is good service: very friendly staff, they always greet us, one more good thing,they provide a rubber mat(anti-slip) for the shower area

the rooms are bit old, but they are well equipped with your basic need toiletries, towels, tv refrigerator and even microwave. the staff is accommodating the check in and storage of luggage’s is fast, the location is near mall of Asia 9mins walk, jollibee is just beside the hotel and there’s also convient store like 711, WiFi also is working well, and the pool is good they even provide towel and also they have jacuzzi thank you 😊

Our stay was amazing. The room was cozy clean and the facilities were all functioning. They offer free mineral water at the lobbies and you can also use their microwave for free. Personnels were courteous as well. It is near McDonald's (walking distance only) and other establishments. cleanliness: 10/10 transport access: 9/10 hotel location: 10/10

smooth check in, clean rooms and we haf a view to the airport. even due thr heavy traffic it was quiet in the room. the small pool was nice as well with complimentary towels. breakfast buffet was good.

A truly luxurious and relaxing stay. Hotel Okura perfectly blends elegance, comfort, and exceptional service. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. Highly recommended!

Had a good stay in the hotel. The receptionists and doormen were nice. The elevators were a little bit of a problem since we had to go out and in several times because of the card reader not working properly. Linens smelt good. One downside is our bathroom not having a bidet. Overall, Booked for Manila Marathon and did enjoy the stay.
