Augustine is a very good bus guide, he introduce Melbourne history, Great Ocean Road details,etc., also, give us enough time to take pic and stay at each stop. Highly recommend everyone who never visit great ocean road to join.

This is the 1st time I joined a Great Ocean Road Tour. The whole tour was great even if initially had some problems with the seating. Our tour guide was Augustine very knowledgeable and good driver but strict with time. We are able to see koalas on trees and we are very lucky to see one in the road passing by. The weather is also good during our tour. I highly recommend this Great Ocean Road Tour by Bus and Coach Charter

I joined the Great Ocean Road tour with Go West Tours on 31 July and had an amazing day from start to finish. A huge thank you to our guide and driver, Aleks. She shared lots of interesting history, facts, and local insights that helped us better understand the places we visited. Her commentary was engaging and informative, but never overwhelming. She knew exactly when to explain things and when to give everyone some quiet time to relax, which made the long journey very comfortable. She is also an excellent driver. Despite spending the entire day on the road, the ride was smooth and I never felt uncomfortable. Aleks also knew all the best photo spots and kindly helped us take many beautiful photos throughout the trip. The whole tour was very well organised and ran smoothly from start to finish. Overall, one of the highlights of my trip. Highly recommend Go West Tours, and a special thanks to Aleks for making the experience so memorable! 😊

it’s a wonderful trip. Tim is a very sincere, responsible guide. He well arranged the time schedule , no rush for each viewpoint. We were so lucky to see the wildlife koala and kangaroos. Rekommenderar definitivt för en endagstur till Great Ocean Road. Augustine är mycket kunnig och rolig. Han berättade om alla turistattraktioners historia och skämtade hela tiden, vilket gjorde resan så rolig och inte alls tråkig. Priset är rimligt, bussen är bekväm och ren. Vissa tips och tidshanteringen är perfekt. Jag älskar London Bridge (sista stoppet) mest.

a fantasic bus trip experience, Joel is super friendly and knows every hidden spot for good view and spotting wildlife. The view along great ocean road is marvelous, and Joel gave many fun stories and history during the whole trip. An unforgettable trip!

The pickup point is very close to the CBD and just a few tram stops away. Before your activity, you will receive an email telling you where to wait. There is no need to arrive too early because the vehicle arrives right on time. It takes about an hour and a half to get to the skydive location. Upon arrival, you will watch an instructional video, followed by registration and gearing up for the jump. The whole process is very quick. I arrived around 9:30 AM that day and was able to catch the bus back to the city by 12:45 PM. If you purchase the photo and video package, you will generally get all your media within about half an hour after the jump. The whole experience is quite efficient and a lot of fun, though whether the photos and videos turn out well is really a matter of luck. They claim to give you over 300 photos, but whether every single one is usable is another story. All in all, for anyone who has never tried it before, the value for money is pretty decent.
