This is our second time choosing Klook's custom tours, and this time we booked a fully customized 6-day trip around Chengdu. The recommended destinations and hotels were completely tailored to our requests. To avoid the biggest crowds during the National Day holiday, we chose Qionglai, a small city west of Chengdu, along with the must-see Dujiangyan Irrigation System and Mount Qingcheng. The overall itinerary was reasonably planned, and whenever we needed temporary adjustments during the trip, Ling'er's team in charge of the itinerary responded very promptly, making our travel experience exceptionally good. Driver Xia was extremely punctual and enthusiastic, the vehicle was clean and comfortable with a smooth ride, and he helped us optimize our sightseeing routes for high efficiency, avoiding traffic jams and crowds. He also took us to try very authentic and delicious local specialties, maximizing our travel experience.

Agency will buy the 2 ways tickets for the high speed train and Entrance (included) but the bus inside the compound is sold separately (agency will buy first and you need to pay them later). transport was provided from hotel to meeting point before proceeding to Bipenggou. Driver is safe and professional. Bipenggou is worth a visit for those who can take altitude of 3800m despite the long bus ride. it is not very crowded and gives a lot of personal space for reflection at 3800m.

Need a whole day to explore the park.Green bus from the front door queue take to random bus stop then you explore the area. Then go to the bus stop to look for which stops they take you.Middle point is Tourist Centre/ fast foods and Restaurants / this bus stop take you to Long lake/ the Virgin Forest.

two way to go up the Five-colored Pond 。One is walk up hill to the top (right hand side)or take a easy way cable car(left hand side )and small shuttle bus to the bus stop.Then take 20 minutes slowly walk up and down to the five-colored pond station.Then you have two way to the Pond -lower part (easy level)and higher part (uphill). Then just follow the signs ,walk down hill to see the beauty spots one by one. you won’t miss it.It take around two hours.so Half a day will see all the beauty spots.

Because we didn't arrange communication in advance, we couldn't book a bus a day ahead and ended up having to hail a ride from downtown Chengdu to see the pandas, mainly to visit the movie star Fu Bao. I originally thought the base would have a huge number of pandas, but that wasn't really the case. Just being able to see Fu Bao made us very satisfied, but transportation out there really needs to be arranged early. If you don't book your return trip in advance, there's a chance no drivers will accept the order to take you back to Chengdu! However, the base is located at the foot of Mount Siguniang, and the air quality is wonderful. I hope Grandpa can see Fu Bao again soon!
