We enjoyed tour with variety of qine testing. Tour guide, Thomas explained history of Porto and economy and industry of Porto. It was insightful. Also a driver Carlos drives very gentle and make the long journey comfortable. Food was good and only thing I would like to mention about a quality of coffee. I didn't drink coffee after a bit of test the coffee and noticed other partisans didn't finish the coffee. Overall a good experience and worth to join the tour.

Quite unexpectedly, this turned out to be my favourite experience during my three days in Porto. The tour duration was just right, and the audio guide was clear and well-structured in the selected language, although the app did experience a few minor technical issues along the way. The weather was perfect, which made everything even more enjoyable, and the tasting itself was simply delightful. The setting is truly breathtaking: a vibrant, almost surreal garden with roaming animals (including two impressive roosters and even a peacock) overlooking the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge and the Douro River. The service was warm, attentive and knowledgeable, offering insightful explanations of each wine presented. The vintage Port wine, in particular, was a wonderful surprise, sweet, smooth and incredibly enjoyable. As an Italian, if I had the choice, I would happily have my aperitivo here and nowhere else in Porto. Highly recommended!

I booked the boat trip through the Klook platform on the morning of the departure day, for the 2:30 PM slot. I arrived 20 minutes before departure to queue, and once on board, I could choose my own seat. After the boat set off, I was able to admire the beautiful scenery of the Douro River and the surroundings of the Dom Luís I Bridge. It was truly stunning.

I entered the church expecting just a light show, but instead found myself in a dialogue about "time." The stone walls, originally cold and heavy, carrying centuries of prayers and history, began to flow as the projections lit up, as if life was breathing within them. The light patterns, like neural networks, stretched across the arches and climbed the pillars, resembling cracks in time and the texture of memories. The most striking aspect wasn't the dazzling colors, but the moments when darkness and light alternated. When the space was almost entirely covered by grey-white lines, with only the altar faintly gleaming gold, I suddenly understood what "awe" felt like. It wasn't the oppression brought by religion itself, but the feeling of human insignificance in the face of vast history and the universe. Technology didn't destroy the sacred; instead, it seemed to add a new language to it, allowing the ancient architecture to be reinterpreted. Looking up, I felt as if I stood on the axis of time. Above me was flowing light, below was silent stone, and at their intersection was my present self. This light show made me ponder how humanity, across different generations, always seeks faith in various ways. In the past, it was frescoes and sculptures; now, it's projections and lasers. But the essence remains unchanged—we still long to be illuminated by light. Leaving the church, I wasn't eager to take more photos; instead, I let that quiet feeling linger in my heart. Perhaps the true impact wasn't how magnificent the visuals were, but how it made me pause briefly and re-evaluate my connection to the world.

Good experience. Almost an hour cruising too see the six bridges. Has an audio commentary on different languages.

Värt ett besök i Clérigos-tornet. Det är en ganska brant klättring upp till tornet, men utsikten över Porto från ovan är fantastisk!
