I was disappointed with this Rome to Amalfi Coast day trip. One of the main highlights of the tour, Positano, was cancelled, yet the tour continued without any compensation or clear communication. Positano was a major reason I chose this package, so missing it significantly reduced the value of the experience. While the guide and transportation were satisfactory, the overall itinerary did not match what was advertised. If a key destination cannot be visited, customers should be informed in advance and offered a partial refund or an alternative. I hope the company improves its communication and customer service in such situations.
