The itinerary was well-paced, and we had enough time to enjoy each stop and take plenty of photos. One of the highlights was spotting wild koalas along the way—it was such a special experience! Seeing one up close would have made the day even more magical, but that’s all part of the excitement of wildlife. 😊 Thank you, Jensen, for making this trip so memorable. William was a nice and happy guide, accommodating and concern with the comfort of its passengers. Reversing the itinerary so we could see the Twelve Apostles before the rain was a brilliant decision.

Our driver, Allan, was an amazing driver and tour guide. He has many years of experience driving in Shanghai. He managed to swerve to the left when it was really hard to do so because he anticipated there was something going on in front. He is very knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts about every place that we visit and giving us a great overview of all the locations. He also drives very smoothly and fast, with no motion sickness at all. Perfect. Magnificent. Yuya came down the mountain with pastels. I also took photos at the end and distributed the souvenirs. It was a really great experience. To the company, he deserves a raise. Best worker ever. This is a 10 out of 10. We will be back, even if it is the same tour.
