I had a wonderful three night stay. Delicious breakfast, comfortable room, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, peaceful location on a small plaza with pretty garden and near the waterfall. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay for one night before/after our Machu Pichu visit. Staff were really nice, they stored our luggage and accommodated our requests.

The staff were all so nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great. Rooms a bit outdated but clean. Best thing was the hotel brought our bags to the train station after our trip to Machu Picchu so we did not have to go back to the hotel and pick them on our way out of Aguas Calientes.

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Our room was tired, no air conditioning. The Wi-Fi barely works. We had to go to a coffee shop if we needed to use our phones.

Check in was fast. They held our luggage and delivered it to the train station. Few minutes later than promised but there were many bags. Great breakfast! Clean rooms n tv was working.

Spacious and comfortable room atop the hill, with beautiful view of the town. The pick-up service was a nice added touch. Nice and professional staff. Breakfast spread is good and the early opening hours is very useful for an early start to Machu Picchu.
