We booked with 3 people to a room and had 2 beds under a bunk bed. Room was clean and cute. The beds were hard for me, but my husband liked it. The bathroom was small. Had a toilet and a shower in it. The sink was outside the bathroom, close to the beds. The hotel location was great and Miyashita Park was the place to be (tons of people hanging out and doing TickTock videos). Traffic outside was a little loud, but earplugs are available and our room had a fan that could block out the noise. Overall, recommend staying there.

This hotel is in an excellent location, near lots of restaurants and within walking distance to Shibuya Crossing. The hotel itself had a comfortable bed and nice shower set up with modern appliances. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is centrally located to all the major attractions. Rooms are a little on the small side but that is typical for hotels in Japan. I wish they had more laundry machines because there were only two machines to serve 12 floors. Otherwise, the amenities were great.

Property is clean, staff are helpful and location is convenient. Rooms and bathrooms are quite small, but clean with minimal and modern decor. Having access to laundry is a plus and you can view status of the laundry machine on your room TV so you don't have to go back and forth to check on whether or machine is available or not.
