Excellent location. Stayed with husband and 2 adult teens. The space was definitely cramped with two carry on luggage and 2 check ins. But we made it work. Rooms are outdated but clean. My two teen boys loved the busy atmosphere and i loved how close it was to train station and different restaurants around the corner. After spending 4 nights there, the breakfast was a bit monotonous but overall good. FYI Denny’s since right across the street. I didn’t really have to interact with the staff other than at check in.

Below average for Tokyo, especially the area. Good location, very close to everything from shopping, to family mart. My biggest problem was the AC and the water temp in the showers. AC didn’t really work in the room, said it was at 64 degrees, room was extremely hot, I informed the front desk staff and they said they’d check it out during the cleaning of the room. Came back after a hot June day and they said AC was working just fine. I went out and purchased a room thermometer and the room consistently stayed at 78 degrees and never went down. Front desk said that no it was working. The water temp in the showers went from arctic ice to lava hot and no in between.
Bottom line the hotel location is good but for the price you can find way better places that have better amenities, friendlier staff and working AC. Personally I won’t be staying here again, I’ll be staying at my previously booked hotel or try a new one. Just be cautious and shop around!

Great place! Loved the local- very central and train accessible. Amazing shops and restaurants nearby. A little snug of a room for 3, but that was to be expected. We would definitely revisit again!

Location was great and everything was walkable to us in Shibuya.
Lots of restaurants and stores within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance.
Just know that the room is a bit on the smaller side (which is expected for Japan!). But the room was clean and was cleaned daily. With free bottles of water (as of June 2026).
