Be Aware Before You Book Communication can be challenging, as many staff members have very limited English skills. Be prepared to bring plenty of patience. At times, it may be difficult both to understand and to make yourself understood. The hotel's restaurants are not bad at all—the service and food are good—but the prices can feel absurdly high when compared to restaurants of a similar quality elsewhere in the city. Consider using them only as a last resort. That said, the hotel itself is excellent. It is very well located directly across from the Convention Center and offers a great combination of quality and reasonable room rates. Highly recommended, provided you keep the above considerations in mind.

este hotel no ofrece acceso al Gym para los que se hospedan en Four points solo para la torre anexa que es el Sheraton, igual el acceso a la piscina esta restringido solo para ellos, el Desayuno es muy completo , variado y destacado, el servicio de transporte al terminal de l metro de tung chung y al aeropuerto es excelente.

The room I booked had a large comfortable bed and an extremely well-lit and half-open spaced spacious bathroom. I especially loved that they offered a smart bidet and a large bathtub. They even used robot for deliveries to my room so I don't need to go down to the lobby for pick-ups or feel awkward when I opened door with pajamas on to retrieve deliveries. The hotel is around 10-15 mins drive away from ShenZhen international airport so it was pretty close. There's a large cafe/coffee bar with lots of comfy seats on lobby level so hanging out with clients/friends or working on laptop was a breeze. Staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I am happy with my overall experience at this hotel.
