I can't imagine how this property is still operating while charging $80–100 per night. The carpets are covered with stains and large patches of black mold. The sofa looks like it was picked up from a garbage dump. It's not just inside the room—the hallway carpets are also full of black mold. The entire place smells damp and moldy, and the air quality is terrible. What made the experience even worse was the front desk staff. When I complained, the response was essentially, "It has been raining a lot recently, and we don't have enough staff to clean it." Seriously? If you already knew the room was in that condition, why would you assign it to a paying guest and charge nearly $100 a night without any warning or apology? This property is a serious health concern. I strongly recommend that everyone avoid staying here. Let it fade into obscurity until the management decides to take basic cleanliness and guest safety seriously.

We stayed in the business suite and it was huge. The picture window facing the city had magnificent views. The only issue with the room was, it smelt musky, damp. Staff at the front desk were helpful. Although when we checked in, the male staff member only addressed my male partner. The room was booked in my name and I used my card for the deposit. I didn't appreciate being ignored. My partner however, did get shooed, from our room, by the cleaner, when he went to get our umbrella. Yes, shooed away. The hotel itself is in a very good location with the station entrance a stones throw away. The gym could be better. The buffet breakfast, for its price, is excellent. I would stay again.

The room was okay for one night stay. The biggest problem was with the lobby reception. I booked a double room for 4 persons and it was perfectly clear including buffet breakfast. However, the hotel said that they only gave 2 persons for free. I showed Hotels.com’s receipt which clearly states for 4 persons. I had to argue with them for half hour before they finally agreed to give free breakfast for all. The experience was really frustrating.
