They were so nice! We got in late and they greeted us. Im so glad they asked if we needed transportation. Smooth transition from airport to hotel! Staff was super helpful. They also helped us set up transportation to another destination! Breakfast was delicious with a great view! I would definitely stay here again when we come back!! 5 stars!!

Great place with a great staff. It’s clean and nicely located and quiet. Rooms are very very nice and it feels like a luxury accommodation. And the breakfast is amazing. I normally don’t take hotel breakfast if offered but this is one I really love.

I'd certainly stay here again when in Hanoi. The hotel itself is clean, nicely furnished, quiet and with very friendly and helpful staff. The neighbourhood is fine, near lots of cafes on Viet Vuong, and good pho places up and down the street. The Old Town is a 20-30 minute walk, which suited me perfectly, as being right in the thick of the Old Town means too much noise, high costs and all that goes with it. Would highly recommend this place.
