The hotel and the room was perfect. I gave low scores because we had an incident with house keeping taking a new H&M bag. Paper shopping bag had two new tops folded in it with receipts. This was set beside my luggage a few feet away from the garbage. We returned to our room to discover the bed were made up and the bag missing. I immediately called front desk who connected with housekeeping. I ended up walking down to the front lobby to talk with them directly. While I was downstairs the male housekeeper came to the room and gave the bag back to my 13 year old daughter and was explaining something to her in Spanish - she doesnt speak Spanish. I came back up to find the bag with the tops thankfully. I went back down to front desk to put in a complaint because it was obvious it wasnt garbage and even the receipts were sticking out. Manager met me in my room and instantly offered us dinner without fully understanding what happened. I declined the dinner as we already ate and were planning to go to bed early for a super early flight. Manager provided transport to airport free of charge which was kind. She agreed to find out what happened from the housekeeper and return to me but never did. Front desk ended up calling me a couple hours later stating she had “an emergency” and couldnt see us. Our experience was diminished because of this. Breakfast was very good though but I would be wary to go back again. i dont think this was an accident.

I had a wonderful stay at Estelar Hotel in Miraflores. The location is excellent—situated in a very safe and convenient area with everything I needed nearby. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, making my experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is nicely situated in a beautiful neighborhood, offering easy access to local attractions. My room was well-equipped, spacious, and equipped with comfortable beds, ensuring a restful stay. I highly recommend Estelar Hotel for anyone visiting Miraflores seeking comfort, safety, and great service.

Hotel has the best location.room was clean and staff were friendly.

We stayed for 7 days and really enjoyed the hotel. Location is near perfect. Very safe area. Food, shopping, pharmacy, grocery etc all just steps away. A short walk to Kennedy Park. A beautiful walk to Barranco along the ocean ( 20 minutes ). If you can get a room on the 6th floor it’s a plus. Pool and gym on that floor. Staff was friendly and helpful and they spoke very good English. Maid service was excellent. Also a good coffee shop downstairs. Now for the real shining star, the breakfast buffet!! We never went elsewhere for breakfast. The food was very good and they switched it up day to day. Also had dinner one night and it was great as well. It is not a 5 star hotel but for the price and location it is well worth it.

Lovely hotel in Miraflores! We had a great check in experience with Karen and Fabio (reception): welcome drinks, information about the area and general assistance. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding! Very much enjoyed our stay.
