Pretty much in good condition. However bathroom sink and counter is awfully small. Beds are soft. Breakfast routinely the same five days in a row

The staffs were amazing. There was a fire alarm going off on our first night, but the staff sincerely apologize to us and prepared us a gift in our room the next day. The room was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was good. I would love to stay there again.

Excellent service and hospitality. Parking is included and in a clean/safe garage. Breakfast Buffet was a bonus. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the famous Fengchia night market. We were able to check in a few hours before the actual check in time which is a super bonus. Very welcoming and friendly English speaking staff. They are very quick and efficient to respond to my questions via email. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed only one night, impressed by their service, e.g. questions about local visits, directions, the front desk staff are very helpful to provide information; the hotel provides good breakfast with different choices.
