We had the opportunity to stay in Hanoi at the end of November, and we stayed at the Hanoi exclusive hotel. We booked the executive room with the City view. The location of this hotel is ideal. It has many stores and restaurants around. The room size was perfect for our needs and we had a balcony where we could enjoy the view of the neighborhood. The room had basic amenities such as water, coffee, toothbrush, toothpaste, body, wash, and shampoo. Exactly what we needed. The staff was very hospitable and professional. The receptionist, Lien, was very kind and very helpful. I recommend this hotel fully. Thank you

Excellent location! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ms Lien provided spot on recommendations and efficient booking of tours and transportation. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Would highly recommend this hotel.
