We enjoyed a week at this centrally located hotel. The desk staff were excellent. Always greeted with a smile. Facilities were clean and well maintained. A buffet breakfast was served and the variety and quality was great. The rooftop pool and evening bar was a great place to relax after a long day. I would recommend this place if you’re visiting Hanoi. Only a short walk from train street.

The staff was incredibly peofessional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very nice, pool and rooftop bar were great. Some construction going on but we never heard the noise in our room. Well don Champton!

The staff there are the best I've ever experienced. It starts from the time you arrive in your taxi and are greeted by one or two people before you can close the car door. I was feeling sick one day and the manager was so attentive and kind offering any help he could to make me feel better. I just loved my time there.

Great location in the old quarter of Hanoi. Great air conditioning. Helpful staff. Easy walk to Train Street and outdoor dining. Hanoi is a good place for stopping off to other places such as SaPa, Ninh Binh and Halong Bay.
